I had an Oooppps day. Breakfast was the only scheduled meal I ate. The rest was just a bit here and there as I was going about my day. I just didn't take the time to actually sit down and eat a "meal". No idea on totals either, but I did eat protein b - oatmeal w/ protein s - protein bar at school s - crackers n peanutbutter at school l - slice of deli meat and slice of cheese rolled up s - protein drink s - peanut brittle (OMG****'s been YEARS since I've had this, just couldn't resist - but should have) d - turkey wrap s - sf pudding cup I think that's about it!! YIKES, but don't worry Carla, I'm back on track today. Packing my regular lunch today for school! Planning out my dinner tonight and no more peanut brittle. The good thing about having four kids in the house, When I give in and buy something, after I have my taste of it - I simply give it to them and it's GONE!!!! ROFL
Hope your day is good and your first day on the new job works out for you. YOu can do it. You just need to pace yourself.

Yes, the sugar thing is good/bad. I can eat about 15 grams of sugar, after that it'**** or miss if i'll dum*****t. I've had a couple of REALLY bad dumps so I don't pu**** Even with the peanut brittle I didn't go past my 15 gram limit. It's just NOT worth it. lol Thanks for the well wishes, I appreciate it a lot!!!!!!!!!!
good morning, yesterday was suppose to be the 1st day of the pouch test began the day wonderful but at 4:30pm i blew it.i was too stressed at work . theres my day. b..protein drink. l...protein drink. s..protein drink. s..1/2 granular bar. d...2 eggs and a slice of ham. drank about 120oz of water and 16 oz of coffee. will give it a try tomorrw( Wed). Be blessed.

I tried the eggs again yesterday and didn't really like them so much...So back to COW today.
Breakfast: Rye toast, fried egg, swiss cheese, spot of mayo
Snack: 1-1/2 oz of honey roasted peanuts
Lunch: Spinach and squash salad with crab flakes and caesar italian dressing and a home made protein bar Snack: Granola bar and yogurt 6 oz Dinner: Steak and peas Dessert: single piece of SF chocolate candy (1/3 serving) Totals for the day: Calories: 1595 Fat: 72 Carbs: 135 Protein 102 I think I'm drinking enough water. Yesterday was 24+24+24+10+10= 92 ounces.
