Im starting the 5 day pouch test today! Anyone Else?
Im actually calling it 5 day detox, to get rid of all the nastys!!! So far I have had 2 cups of coffee, so going to wait a bit then do a nice chocolate protein drink. Hope some one else is doing it this week so we can compare how were doing. Im feeling good about it this morning, but my nights are what Im worried about. Debra
Yep I started this morning also. I have had my one scoop of Unjury in my coffee this morning (that is my morning ritual) - just finished an EAS protein drink and just got a cup of decaf coffee.
I also worry about the night time eating binge - I will just go to bed early tonight...although I have puddings and jellos for "snack" time this week.
I am 10 pounds above my "ceiling" weight...I have a 10 pound floor/ceiling and went above it while living on 1.5 hours sleep every 3 hours when we adopted my daughter...my whole eating life got turned upside down. Now that she is sleeping all night I have to get a handle on my weight before it gets out of control...so I want to get down to my "floor" weight which means a 20 pound weight loss...I would like to get down so I can enjoy the holidays...plus I have to kill this carb addiction......AGAIN...
Sounds like were all in the same boat. We just finished building a new home and my eating habits were really bad. I would start my day really good with my protein shake and a 45 min walk. Then when I would get out to the house it went down hill, with donuts and sandwiches. We would wor****il about 7pm then go to our apartment and throw a pizza in the oven and have a (****tail)
. Which is another thing I need to get under control. I was the general contractor which was really stressful.Needless to say I am 10 pounds over my lowest. Now that we are settled in I have to get back on track and hopefully this will give me the boost I need. Thanks for coming on board, Debra

I'm on board trying today to. I had plastics in Aug. and have gained weight over it only 6 pds but can't stand that I have gained. Sat around and did nothing for to long healing so on the go again. So I'm with you gals. I have had 2 protiens and 2 dt. snapples. Love the support.
Count me in too!!! I did this a few weeks ago, but after Halloween I need to get it together so I'm redoing it now!!!!! So far so good~protein shake, cream of mushroom soup and lots of water so far. Nights are hard for me too~urgh! Hang in there everyone!!!!! Good Luck!!!!!!!

Valerie I will be on here alot in the next couple days also. I dont work so need to keep busy. Ive had 2 protein shakes, cream of chicken soup, tea and lots of water. Im really dizzy so am drinking alot of water. Someone suggested, emergen-C or a orange slice or melon, I will need to go get something, I will have to have my husband drive because Im way to dizzy.
