One year out July 19 2007
Return to your surgeon, nutritionist and or your primary care provider. Don't give up, keep searching for help. Keep going or start attending support groups; I am sure you are not as alone as you might think you are. You are still 100 pounds down, that is great! I am actually a re do. I had stapling only done in the early 90's and for whatever reasons did not really have a significant loss. I was too ashamed to go back and ask for help until 3 years ago. I went to a different surgeon very fearful he would say why did I deserve another surgery when I failed at the first, but he didn't. I am 100 pounds lighter; still 20 from goal but I exercise regularly am pretty careful of what I eat and very happy I had the surgery again. I am a much better mother, wife and nurse now. Shame kept me from getting the surgery again sooner. Take care and good luck!

If you'll scroll down you'll see lots of threads about it over the past couple of weeks. You can find lots if you Google too. Here's one site with some suggestions:
