Wow carla - I was just thinking the other day, what a creature of habit you are and now you go off and change things all up. LOL  I did good today! Eatting is right on course, now if I could just find the time and energy to exercise daily I'd be real good. lol  b - oatmeal w/ protein  l - lean burger, 1/2 serving of cheetos d - turkey wrap, sf pudding cup d2 - another turkey wrap s - protein drink  s - no sugar added ice cream bar Calories: 1215 Fat: 32 Carbs: 103 Protein: 126 Carbs would have been perfect without the cheetos and ice cream bar - but all is well and I'm pleased with my day.

Yes I am and when I eat differently I think I am eating to much.. go figure.

I think we are all creatures of habit to some extent. You do change it up a bit which is nice. You had a fantastic day. It's always a little different so I enjoy looking to see what you did for the day. Look at that protein intake..

Way to go for a weekend day. Keep it up, you are sailing smoothly along.

Not the Same Dawn

I ditched the hot cereal habit Sunday too!

OoO. We had a windfall of four and a half dozen eggs from a friend who has chickens...Fresh farm eggs..Who can resist that? The rye bread was from a friend who gets stuff from the food bank. Doesn't want to waste it. I rarely eat any bread. It's been over a year since I had any...Too filling but I figured I toasted it and it was only one slice...

Breakfast: 1 fried egg and swiss cheese on rye toast (one slice of rye toast) 7:30 am

Snack: Jack Links Beef Jerky Steak. 10 am

Second Snack: 1/2 cup roasted green peas (2 servings) 1:00 pm

(somehow I missed the fact that I missed lunch today...hmmm. )

Snack: Balance Bare Protein Bar 2:00 pm

Dinner: 1 chicken enchilada from Trader Joes...Half a serving. Spinach and red leaf lettuce salad with 1/4 cup of cottage cheese and Ceaser Italian dressing. 5:00 pm Dessert: 1 serving SF Candy...Chocolate Truffles 8:00 pm

Calories: 1409 Fat: 56 Carbs: 135 Protein: 101 PS: This morning I tried the fried egg again and didn't like it near as much...I think tomorrow it's back to cream of wheat and a banana...Sigh...Creatures of habit.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I know the feeling. I had eggs on Sunday and it just didnt work for me. We are truely creatures of habit. you had a good day. Calories are much lower and you protein and carbs are right on the money. Good job.

With all those snacks how did you notice it wasnt there..lol.. well another day it through and the ship is sailing smoothly.

See ya tomorrow

Maybe that will work.. they love Sundays cause i pre cook for the week and watch me like a hawk. I think I will make them on Friday while they are at school so they dont know I have them...lol..

low day for you. in all areas. Made great choices for the day but a lot of them were low cal.. thats a good thing though.. Now thats the way to do it. I know you are still looking to loose so it helps to keep them cals low and the eating up.

See ya tomorrow.
