How is everyone doing.. Are you having a great weekend so far. I was rendering a video I made which tok 12 hours. So I can finally get back on my pc.

So here was my day.

OMGSH, what a day I had. I just wanted to eat all day long!!!! I was sooo hungry today. It's very unusual for me to eat like this, but I did.  b - oatmeal w/ protein added l - dbl cheese burger no bun and about 5 fries d - turkey wrap d2 - lean hamburger (much better for me then the mcdonalds burger)lol  s - south beach breakfast bar - 2 s - no sugar added ice cream bar s - cheese and crackers Now for the bad part:  calories  1425 fat: 51 carbs: 98 protein: 136  Holy MolyYikes man!!! I don't want to make this a habit, that's for sure!!

I had the same kind of day today. YOu have great protein for the day.. and the cals are right in there so you did good. Sometimes it just feels like it but when you figure it out its all good..

Hi Carla: You can tell by my counts that I was not at home today and was not sailing my ship on course.  I will do better tomorrow. Breakfast:  Weight control Oatmeal Lunch:        Tuna Wrap                      S.F. Jello Pudding Snack:        1/4 cup Trail Mix Dinner:        1 Cheeseburger with Mayo and Onions                      1 Tbls. Potato Salad                      1 Tbls. Baked Beans Snack:         1 slice NSA Apple Pie Snack:         1 protein shake Now for the bad totals:  yuck!! Calories 1307, Fats 45.9, Carbs. 155, Proteins 70 80 ounces liquids Evil Carbs today.  I will have those proteins back up tomorrow. Darlene

I know you will. Your ship was not that off course. Little extra carb once in a while is not a bad thing... just get the ship sailing straight again and you wont even notice today.

I had another crazy weekend day. Had to be at the church garage sale at 7 am so the pre-breakfast thing was out. Running all day long but Sunday was better. Hubby heard a noise in my car so I was grounded all day...Tough luck for the shopping but the house is just spotless! Bill of Fare for Saturday: Breakfast: part of a ribeye steak and two fried eggs (a bite of hashbrowns) Snack: 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts, 1/4 cup roasted green peas Lunch: Tina's burrito (Bean and Cheese - way too high in fat and carbs) Snack: 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts, 1/4 cup roasted green peas (I think I found a new "trail mix") Dinner: Hamburger patty with swiss cheese (15% lean) Dessert: SF Chocolate Chunk Cookie and a cup of blueberry green tea...Yum. Totals for the day: Calories: 1910 Fat: 111 Carbs: 123 Protein: 117 Tomorrow (Sunday) I tried a slice of rye bread toast. Hmm. Seemed to go pretty good.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Lets see... WOW.. WOW.. WOW.. hmmmm.... lots of fat, carbs and calories.. protein is good.. it should be with those totals...lol.. I see that burrito again. It's funny cause I made them for the family yesterday and all I could think about was those cals and fat. hehehehee... my SO is putting on a little weight right now.. I'm not sure how to bring that up. We have gone up a couple of pants sizes and I know she knows. She keeps saying she needs to watch the cals but I dont see her doing it. Wonder if I should say anything...

So back to you.. wow.. just keep an eye on that scale my friend. you body will make the adjustments and let you know if you are heading the right way. You are still maintaining so thats a good thing.

ok. so yummy is all I can say about my muffin. I only ate about half of it cause i was affraid of it. My kids loved them and they ate all my muffins.. darn them. thats what happens with a family of 6 and friends who stop by. Now I gotta make more.. lol... Maybe next tiem i will eat the whole thing so I get some before they eat them all.

Yes... high in fat and calories, but I love it.. love it love it.. actually my favorite cut of beef.

You had a good day in all.. protein is on the low side but you did good other than that. Keep up the good work and I will see you tomorrow..
