7 Day Pouch Test
OK, I posted a few days ago that I was going to do 3 days of the liquids because I was handling it so well and I was successful. I am having a hard time want carbs anbd sweets so I think I am going to do 2 days of soft protein and then 2 days of dense protein. basically just extend the test a few days to give my body more of a chance for success. I have my eggs boiled and my tuna chilling! I also have my plain beef jerky and chicken ready for the Day 6 and 7.
Does anyone see anything wrong with this plan that would sabotage me? I am still doing plenty of fluids, I do my vitamins RELIGIOUSLY & still doing a few Adkins Advantage shake a day, which by the way are the best and I love love love them!!
Any opinions and advice would be greatly appreciated.
