yes you need more protein. I would have dumped for hours if I ate those things. I dump on everything.. darn..

I hope not as far as the knee. I injuried it 15 years ago and it gives me trouble once in a while. I have a lot of arthritisis in it as well. I am sure one day I will need to do somthing to the thing. Hopefully the reduced weight will keep it healthier longer.

Not a bad day even with the snickers bars. See you tomorrow.
