Accountability... what did you eat Tuesday

So idiot me goes on to LA and stands for 7 hours to teach a class full of demo's of how to protect yourself from an assaultive client. I can barely move and I am showing them how to get out of the way. Needless to say by the time I was done I had one very sore knee..
Ive spent the night icing it and I dont seem to be able to bend it or straighten it completely... I tell you I am an accident waiting for a place to happen some times..lol
Well hopefully a night of staying off of it will help.
Now back to my food day. Heres what it looked like..

you should know better than to excert yourself when you've got knee pain like that, this is an order from one captain to another - take it slow for the next few days !!!
Tuesday's food was pretty good, still trying to figure out how to get my fat % lower, it seems impossible to keep it under 30% of my daily intake if I also am keeping my carbs below 100 grams a day, will keep fine tuning my choices...

Yikes. Sorry to hear about your knee, Carla. I hate when I mess up and then compound the problem...
Here's my food for Tuesday:
Breakfast: Cream of Wheat and a banana, coffee with no soy milk this time.
Second Breakfast: SoBe Protein Bar
Lunch: Crab flakes, cheese tortillini and meat spaghetti sauce (the tortillini had more protein than the crab flakes, go figure!)
Snack: cheese stick and yogurt
Dinner: Broiled Chicken Breast and lima beans and a bite of baked potato
Snack: 3 sf cookies
I also went through all my cupboards and draws and closets last night to add to a church yard sale we're having this weekend...My cupboards are now devoid of all useless junk...Spent a good part of the evening up on a step ladder but that's okay. I lost one rice cooker (what was I thinking?) and an extra ice cream maker. Again, why did I buy another one last summer when I have a perfectly good one up in the cupboard? HA. Good thing I cleaned out all the upper cupboards. Maybe it wont' happen again next summer.

Nice protein... could still use a few more calories. you are doing so good. talk about trick or treaters.. om gosh.. that is an understatement around my neighborhood. over 2800 came through.. 4 people passing out candy and there were still lines...

Sorry about your knee Carla, I hope you haven't done any permanent damage to it. ( I am getting a joint "replacement of my L knee in Dec) after an injury many years ago and years of excess weight on it, now is the time to get it fixed. I will keep my fingers crossed that your knee recovers back to normal real soon.
