Hi there:
I really followed Kaye's plan to the letter. On day three, I added eggs & tuna along with my protein shakes and s.f. puddings. On day 4, I added chicken and on day 5, I added steak strips. I fixed my eggs either boil, scrambled or as a omelet with a little shredded cheese. On my can tuna and chicken, I added just about 1 teaspoon of miracle whip lite to moisten them. On my tyson southwestern chicken strips and seasoned steak strips, I added about a 1/2 tblspoon of olive oil and sauteed. yummy! I continued to supplement my meals with protein shakes. I keep my proteins up to around 100 to 115 grams everyday. I got in about 100 ounces of fluids through decaf sf tea, coffee, crystal light and propel. My pouch definitely reset it self just like a newbie pouch. Plus and added bonus was that I lost 6 lbs. I hope this helps you. Good luck with your 5 dpt.
