Hi Linda, Your Plan B looks doeable, but you're eliminating the fat exchanges, so does that me with the exception of the fat in you protein you're getting very little fat? and that's what's helping you to loose?  Are you more than 2 years post op?  It just seems that if I up my calorie intake I'll possibly gain weight.

up your protein and water... are you exercising???  try incorporating at least 30 min of cardio 5x weekly and strength exercises 3x weekly... your body is probably used to its current matbolism and you need to SHOCK the system... peace

Hi Frankie, Thank you.  I am truly frustrated at this point, but I know it will get better.  I'm averaging about 60-70 grams of protein on a GOOD day.  I am getting about 60 oz of water a day on a GOOD day (this is difficult).  I'll try to up both of these and see what happens.

I know how you feel im on day 2 and i actuly gained, how is your activity are you keeping that up?
