I am not sure there is a limit on calories. I was told I could have as many protein shakes that I needed to get through the day. On day 1, I had five. My calories mostly stayed between 690 and 900 a day. Day 2, I had 4 protein shakes. The rest of the week, I had three shakes each day. My proteins stayed between 100-115 grams a day. Hang tight, you know you can beat this day. Drink some crystal lite or propel, it will take the edge off your hunger.

HI Patti! Nope, there's no caloric restrictions for the 5 days. You're just to eat when hungry within the food guidelines. I didn't even track my calories, but still lost several pounds. I didn't really use it to lose weight, but more to get that restricted feeling back in my pouch and it worked! Good Luck to You!!!!!!!!!!!
