Accountability... what did you eat Monday
So how was everyones Monday? how is your ship sailing? Had a few jump ship this weekend so I know they will be back today with an update.
This is what my day looked like..

Well not to bad considering how crazy the day was. I will be teaching all day tuesday so I will hope to get all my stuff in. It's hard to teach and eat at the same time.

I just read your posting( I read everyones each day) Have you tried to add some unflavored protien powder to your oatmeal? That would increase your protien and allow you to have your oatmeal too.
I have been using unflavored soy protien which is 60 calories and 14 g protien. It won't change the taste of your oatmeal. I have also used unflavored anywhey protien powder.Both are available at GNC store or Vitamin shop. Sher
