Its the five day pouch test,,,resets the new tummy to just like after surgery. I did it last week, to cut carbs and kill cravings,,and stop some old habits that were creeping in after two years. I lost a few pounds on it, lost all cravings,,my pouch became sensitive to sugar again and smaller amounts satisfied me. My appetite decreased as well. Its a tool to help us get back on track, and several of us are doing it. The first 2 days are liquids only,,like protein shakes, jello, soups, puddings,,then gradually it moves to dense proteins.  Hoep that helps the explanations. Blessings Betsy

Thank you Betsy! I will kept this in mind should I need it. By the way, the scripture on your signature is one of my favourites. God bless,
