Enough Is Enough
Writing this isn't easy but it's the truth it is time to get out of denial. I'm here to admit that my eating, taking my vitamins and drinking water has been aweful. Yes, the scale shows it....this morning I am weighing 135 lbs. I swore I'd never get to this point, but here I am so today I begin a new program.
I'm starting today on the 5 Day Pouch Test. So far this morning I've drank 32 oz of water and my vitamins are going in as I type. I've read from many that the pouch test has reset their pouch and they are not feeling the bloated feeling of the carbs.
So to all of you out there struggling let's do this together, I know I'll need yall support, encouragement and even a swift kick in the butt.
Well it's here, I'm embarassed to admit that when life got busy and stressful I turned to my old friend.

Dana, You've been such an insperation to me and other on the boards here! I guess you're human too. I've been struggling lately too. I'm at 135 too. I feel huge!! As strange as that sounds, before I had surgery I would have killed to weigh 135! Anyway, I also need to get back on track and am starting the 5 DPT today. I know I'm going to struggle because I have been eating terrible carbs, and that damn candy corn. I wish I couldn't tolerate sugar! Why do I even try?! So, hopefully I can make it through these first 2 days and get my pouch back to the way it was when it was new. How do I reset my mind though?! Well, enough babble, I'm on the bus for a 5 day ride with ya though. Good luck to us!! Kina
