okay TODAY is day 1...i HAD to start this week cause i had b12 and lo iron issues to
work on first. I am feeling well and less tired so im gonna give this a go now as well:

Liquid Protein - - - -
lo-carb protein shakes, broth, clear or cream soups, sugar free gelatin and pudding!!!!!!!!!
The first two days are all liquids. YOu can have as many lo carb protein shakes as you like to satisfy hunger or cravings. In addition drink at least six 8 ounce glasses of water. The purpose of all liquids is to break any snacking, grazing or processsed carb habits. In additionm the liquids will work to cleanse your system and prepare you for the following three days.
Try to reduce your caffine intake as well, but do not stop caffine cold turkey or you will feel sick and furstrated potentionally losing the deisre to continue with the pouch reset.
It is very important to drink 64 ounces of water each day to preven dehydration, will help ucrb cravings and will flush your body of toxins.
If you NOTICE symptoms of CARB withdrawal you can eat a small piece of
melon or orange. You can also try a dose of emergen C which should redue headache, dizziness or cramping from carb withdrawal.

Good LUck this week! I had a party this weekend and totally blew it, but Kaye recommended to me that I can always do days 3,4,5 to get back to basics so that's my plan for this week. Hopefully I can keep control on Halloween when the kids bring home all that yummy stuff!!!!!!!!! Hope things go well for you on your 5 days~it really does help and make a big difference in how you feel!!!!!!

Lisa, I'm in. It's time to get serious and I figured there isn't a better way than to go all out and get serious.
So far today I've drank 48 oz of water and feel like I'm floating. Will get a protein shake down in a few minutes.
I'll be checking the boards today to see how everyone is doing.....remember we have the tool, we just need to use it.

I need a do-over on this as well. Last week I was in conference meetings three days and food was provided and i had no control over what I was eating. I did manage to "be good" but couldn't do the pouch test. I did Monday and Tuesday, ha ha, no problem, but Wed-Fri forget it. I am not planning on it this week, but I might try next week. I have been following Weigh****cher's core food prgram and having some success with it.

I have been so bad about eating simple carbs. I'm afraid I'm going to feel really crappy these first couple of days, but I guess I deserve it. I shouldn't have been eating that stuff anyways!!
Also, I have yet to find a protein shake I can stand. So, I'm going to be a bit rundown too.
It helps having others going through the same thing at the same time.

I started again today too. I made it 4 days last week before I goofed,,we went out to eat...but it really did reset my pouch! I cant eat near as much, and I dump easily on sugar again, Its amazing the difference....
