Well I did the tornado thing through the house ending in the boys room.. YIKES... what a mess. I cleaned every corner.. which is no small feat in their room. We will see how long that last...lol..

So how was your weekend.. how did we do as far as eating. I have been working at bringing my cals back up a bit. I noticed I was way to low last week so I pushed it today and yesterday. Still a work in progress.

Here was my day

Well, I didn't clean house. I set up our old computer with a new monitor in the guest room and was on the phone for two hours with tech support trying to get the wireless adapter on-line as well...So I missed lunch completely. Oh well. These things happen.  Breakfast: Cream of Wheat, banana and coffee 7 am Second Breakfast: 3 egg Omelet with ortega green chilis and swiss cheese (yum) 11 am no lunch: Snack: SF Choc Chunk Cookie (about 3 pm) Dinner: (early) 2/3 cup Sloppy Joe without the bun and about 5 whole wheat crackers (5 pm) Bedtime Snack: 1 and 3/4 protein bars. (8 pm) Liquid: 10+10 oz of coffee, 24 ounces of Crystal Light, 20+20 ounces of Powerade with ice. 84 ounces total. That was short of my normal also, usually nearer to a gallon or at least over 100. Totals:  Calories: 1588 Fat: 79 Carbs: 139 Protein: 90 Today is a better day.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

You caught it up so thats good. Dont you love computers.. we love to hate them.. they are to slow, not enough space.. etc. but in todays world we just cant live without them. I remember when the first ones came out. you had to put a floppy it it to boot the information just to run it.. than it was all in dos. Now they do everything but trim your toenails..lol..

food intake is good.. you did ok considering that stressful computer time you had yesterday.

Hi Carla, Spent a crazy weekend out of town for my sister's wedding - as to be predicted, too much to do, not enough time or hands to do it all...Didn't eat right all weekend, Friday, drank my way thru most of the day, water and lattes...Saturday, not enough to drink period, plus little to eat and that was mostly carbs...Sunday, a little better, back with lots to drink and ate pretty decent...Thankfully the scales did not cry from the weekend abuse, holding steady @ 130...Today back on my regularly scheduled program - just say no to sugar and simple carbs ... Have a great day, will report in my daily results tomorrow...  Alesia

Hi Carla: I had a pretty good weekend and remain true to the basics.  I sell real estate and so I worked all weekend but I did get a new listing and contract on a current listing.  Yeah!!!  I did try a lean crusine for supper last night but could only eat about 1/3 of it.  Last week I would have eaten the whole thing.  I got up this morning and had lost another pound.  Yippee!!  I will report tomorrow with my actual totals for today's food.  I hope you have a great week ahead. Kept myself busy today cleaning and cooking. I made a pot of homemade turkey soup, froze up several containers. Made nice pot roast dinner which was a request by my DH.

Tomorrow have appointment with ortho doctor. I have scheduled my knee replacement surgery for Dec 20th. Had to try and get it done before our insurance coverage changes after the first of the year.

Glad to see you have been able to get in a little more calories Carla

wow did we change sides here.. low day for you. No I havent as I have still yet to make it to the darn store.. I need to go but it wont be today or tomorrow.. to busy with work right now. I have to go soon as we need some candy for the tricker treaters... hehehehe...

Well good thing you will add that protein bar.. looks like you could use it.
