I think I'm gonna float away!!!

Good Morning WLS Grads!!!  I started my 5DPT today, and I really feel like I'm gonna float away...I have had two protein shakes, 4 bottles of water and for lunch, I will be having tomato soup and more water......Wish me luck, the girls here in the office just brought in McDonalds, and although, I am not a fan of McDonalds, it smells GOOD!!!!        Anyone else start the 5DPT today???  If so, tell us how you are doing!!!! Good LUck Beth! I found doing it to be very helpful both  mentally and physically. I think there's a few posts down below of people who started today if you want to connect wih them! Hang in there!

Beth I want to wish you the best of luck with the 5dpt. I started it today and so far. I have had a protein shake and 24 oz of special k2o protein water. later on I have a cup of soup before. I head off to the gym. Taichi

Hi Beth, I feel like I'm floating too.  Today is Day 1 for me also.  I've had 64 oz of water, several cups of coffee and a protein shake so far today.  Lunch will be broth and then probably a protein shake before I leave work today.  Not sure about tonight but it'll be soup and maybe I'll have some S/F jello or pudding if I find myself struggling then. Late evenings are my toughest time of day.

Hi Beth, I started today as well.  So far I've had two protein drinks and half of my water for the day.  For dinner I'll have soup - probably Split Pea because it has lots of protein.  I too am floating away, but am looking forward to getting a jump start on losing the 7lbs I've gained.  Good luck to you.   Kim
