Hey all hows the weekend going. I have been busy.. as usual. I actually got my calories up today.. yeah for me. Have you ever felt like you got something stuck in the back of your throat. I have that going on right now and I cant seem to shake it. Hope it ends soon grrr...

So here was my day.


Breakfast... didnt eat the tortilla..

protein drink, 1 serving 110 0 1 25
McDonald's Sausage Breakfast Burrito, 0.2 serving 60 5 3 2


Lunch.. didnt eat the rice...

El Pollo Loco, Pollo Bowl, 0.5 serving 235 33 6 15
Chicken Thigh, 1 thigh, bone and skin removed 82 0 3 14

that chicken belongs in my dinner section.. thats what seems to be stuck in my throat.

Snacks... see that.. i ate almonds.. bad I know.. should of done some more protein.

I don't feel so bad. I looked at my totals last night and found I was sitting at 82 for protein...Oops. So I had a protein bar for "dessert".

Breakfast: Cream of wheat, banana and coffee: 213 0 49 4

Second Breakfast: Omelet, spinach cheese: 306 21 7 21

Snack: 1/2 cup roasted green peas 240 6 36 14

Lunch: Salad with Turkey breast,ranch dressing: 301 20 3 29 Dinner: Spagetti and meatballs: 261 20 10 13 (I sure thought the meatballs had more protein than that...I'll have to start making my own... Snack: SoBe Protein bar and a banana Totals: Calories 1570 Fat: 73 Carbs: 142 Protein: 93

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
