Oh I know about Knotts...Six Flags was the same way last weekend. I must have walked for miles and hardly ate a thing but I got my water in...

Snack: Roasted Green Peas (yum) Lunch: immitation crab flakes(3+ oz) , a bit )1 oz) of salmon and lima beans (1 cup) with Ceasar dressing (2T) Snack: 2 Cheese Stick (mozzerella) Dinner: Beef Tamale (should have had more lima beans) Dessert: Choc Chunk SF Cookie Totals: Calories: 1363 Fat:47 Carbs:157 Protein: 84 I thought I was doing pretty good but I noticed that I left something on the list that I didn't eat. I was looking up the info on the beef jerky that I ate the other day and it accidently got on my list...Darn it. I quit before my totals were right...

Hey - We tied on our calories for Friday! lol I finished day 5. whew, I was the PERFECT eatter with the exception of eatting a little salad yesterday. But no carbs, no sugar... and I swear every where I went EVERY person I saw was either eatting sugar, or carbs!!!!!!!! But I did it, and I'm soooo proud of myself for NOT giving in! I discovered that I do have will power!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! b - scrambled egg w/ bacon bits and shredded cheese in it l - chicken salad but mostly ate the chicken d - steak s - protein drink s - sf pudding cup Totals: calories: 820 fat: 28 carbs: 32 protein: 100 Drinking was poor in the am but I was able to get more in at night. Today, I'm cleaning the house; putting the boys to work on some chores - heehee. And taking advantage of the weekend's empty schedule.
You had an awesome day. Love those totals.. I think the pouch test shows we can do without the carbs and up the protein.. its a good thing at least in my opinion.
