Barilla Plus pasta - really good!
I made spaghetti last night using this "pasta". It has protein, fiber, and omega 3's and you can get it at WalMart. It was really good!
Now, it's still not the BEST choice especially if you are still trying to lose weight, it's a slider food (pouch test!!!), but it's better than regular pasta and healthier for the whole family. My kids, 5 and 2, didn't seem to notice the difference.
I really like it!

I love Barilla. I make spaghetti and even lasagna with it. I just boil the noodles a little longer than usual, and nobody can tell the difference. It's got lots of fiber too, did you notice? My nut recommends it. My daughter has a specialty with the Barilla rotini noodles (the corkscrew looking ones). She boils them, and makes a sauce with Classico marinade (low in sugar and calories), and slices up Healthy Choice sausage. It's SO GOOD. I made some vegetable soup yesterday and put a few of those noodles in there.
