thanks!!! i'm getting so close to goal, i can taste it!!! and i'm not starving myself either--eating at least 1200-1400cals a day. yesterday, bought a 2 skirts at Ann Taylor's --one in 2petite, the other size 0 and an x-small top. that was a bit surreal --i mean i'm at a healthy weight range but by no means underweight, so go figure...?

You are totally my inspiration as far as reaching 19BMI (which is around where i want to land) and maintaining. Once I get there, i'll be bothering you a lot with questions about transitioning from the "weight loss" to maintanace stage without re-gaining. I figured is a scale bounces up/down in a 5lb range as i try to up the calories, that's normal. afterwards, i'm allowed to freak out and cut down calories again. Does that make sense?
Well the scale said 151 today
last week 150....
I am sure it will go back down next week. I need to get my height remeasured. I may be closer to a normal BMI than I think. Sher
