Hi, I am about 3 months post op,,,,,,, the past few months i have been having terrible ache in my legs. It is not restless leg, it is an ache. Especially at night when i am laying down. The doctor told me to take potassuim and magnesium and to drink tonic water. Does anyone else have this problem and if so, what have you done for it. thanks joann

I used to have problems with aches in my legs, so bad that I couldn't sleep at night. Later on, I started getting cramps in my legs and feet. My magnesium was low and I took a supplement for a couple of months and it was OK. I have had to take a good bit of potassium since my surgery as well, and it takes care of the cramps. It also gets worse if I don't drink enough.

Also, in my case,,B vitamins were the culprit.. Ya might check that...B Complex helped as well as potassium and magnesium taken before bedtime. Blessings Betsy
