Ok so far so good,   I have to say I am not the least bit hungry.    Yesterday Day 3,  I had 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast, morning snack protein shake,   tuna fish for lunch, a SF pudding for afternoon snack, for dinner I made scrambled eggs (2 egg whites and one Yolk),  had SF Jello for late night snack and got in about 100 ounces of water through out the day. Today is day 4     so far I have had 2 cups of coffee and 2 bottles of water (16 ounces).   I have planned hard boiled eggs for breakfast, lunch will be tuna fish (I work and these are easy to bring to work),  I have SF jello and Pudding here incase I do get hungry.  For dinner I am making my husband tacos, but I am going to take some of the chopmeat and make an omlet.   This is my plan so far.  I really think we need to plan our foods for the day, then we will not just grab the first thing at hand and put in our mouths.   I know if I was very busy and had no time to prepare anything, I would just grab anything including chips or cookies just to eat.   NO MORE! We can do this.  Please everyone check in.

Great job Laura!!!  I wasn't really hungry yesterday either. Wow, you get right up and at the liquids in the morning. I'm just eatting a scrambled egg right now for my breakfast.  I think that you're right, planning your food out is KEY in staying on track for the day.  I have to really wing it today for lunch, as I only have 15 minutes to have lunch and during that time I have to walk from one end of campus to the other... ugh!! I think I'll bring two cheese sticks and a sf pudding. Even though they're not on the list, they are protein and low carb!  Dinner for me will probably be some ground beef of some sort, I don't know what I'll do with it. Maybe just make a patty out of it and toss it on the grill.  Enjoy day 4 -  we're almost to the end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

okay with day 3 out of the way.  So far, everything has been really good.  Yesterday, I had a fried egg in Pam spray for breakfast, tuna for lunch and afternoon snack.  I had scrambled egg with a little cheese for supper and sf pudding.  I also had two protein shakes in between meals.  I got in about 80 ounces of liquids.  I am looking forward to a little chicken today.  It sounds like everyone is doing really well.  Let's keep up the good work so we can have a great report on Saturday.  Chat with you later. I'm starting day 5 today.  Day 4 was another easy day and I wasn't hungry at all.  The big deal for me here is that I'm not craving carbs . . . haven't since I started this.  That's what I need to help me get back on track.  You are all doing so well!  Congratulations!
