I am having a protein drink today. But I'm following the drinking rules just as though it were a meal. I need to up the protein.
I had an egg for breakfast
and I just had tuna fish (3 oz ) for lunch, but that's only 25 grams of protein for the day so far... YIKES, I need 100 grams per day.
So when I get home from school, I'll have a protein drink (24 grams) and I'll have tuna for dinner (18grams) and then another protein drink before bed (24 grams) and that will get me 91 grams for the day !
