Accountability... What did you eat Tuesday
Hey, Hey Everyone,
Tuesday was another good day...Feeling really good about how well I am doing at passing up the simple carbs and sugars
...I'm not sure I will move on from this program to the 5 day pouch test, already just saying no to the simple carbs ( breads, crackers, pretzels, etc ) and sugar ( cookies and sf chocolates ) and really focusing on eating my full serving of protein ( 3-4 oz) first and the pouchie is signalling full
...It really is great to have that feeling, helps to know that it still working right, can definately relate to the positive results people are reporting on the 5DPT...Of course I will play it by ear and see where I am come 11/01 before I make my final decision on my continued course of action...Also proud to report today I am officially back in my 5 lb +/- comfort window, of course had a lot of actions in the room
today (LOL) so we will see if tomorrow mornings scale reading is still there...Regardless, I'm on my plan, and it feels good to have smooth sailing...

Had a good day yesterday...

-SB Ham and Turkey Wrap w/sf jello
-8oz Dannon sf strawberry yogurt; 1 mini box of rasains
-128 oz. water
1055 calories/ 32 fat
* I am sooooo hooked on those South Beach wraps...its like I have to have @ least one everyday. I will try to keep up with my protein and carbs. On average I get at least 80g protein a day. Be blessed

l've never tried one but they look good.. maybe I will one day. I need to add the carbs in my diet more. you had a good day. not sure what your protein is but seems like you got a bit in there. water looks great.. keep that up. I try for over 100 protein and my body likes that. keep sailing that ship. You are doing great.

Hi Carla:
I made it through day 2 of the liquid pouch day. I had 4 protein shakes, 4 cups of low sodium broth, 2 s.f. puddings. I got in a little over 100 oz. of water, s.f. decaf coffee and tea. My totals are as follows:
630 cals., 51 carbs, 88 proteins, 7 fat grams.
Not too bad. Got a 1 mile walk in too. Pretty good day for me. Down another pound. Chat with you tomorrow.

Had a not too bad day. Carla, I think this batch of muffins I made today have to be the best yet,moist and chocolatey. I did add some extra protien in them,and change a little of the original recipe to try and make it more nutritious, the next batch I will try adding a little more protien to up the total. I dont't want to compromise the flavor and texture of this recipe. It is a winner. I will post the recipe seperately for those interested.
