I added the protein to my ice cream.. does that count as liquid..hehehehe...
needed to drink more but because I had appointments to go to I was affraid of what whould happen so I cut way back on everything.. will do better tomorrow. I feel ok so I guess it was a false alarm. I guess I will see.

drank about 100oz of water..16oz coffee.
cals...1087 cal.....carbs 152......protein 40g
i know the granular bar and twix killed my carb intake...today i will make better choices on my snacks.

Long LONG day for me yesterday. Couldnt' sleep. Not sure why but I'm dragging this morning BAD!
Breakfast: Cream of Wheat no toppings (no banana either)
Snack: Crackers and peanut butter, yogurt 6 oz.
Lunch: Boiled Pork Roast and carrots
Snack: Protein bar, Jack's Jerky
Dinner: Rice a Roni and Hamburger..1 cup
Snack: Fruit and Grain bar (2, I was up late)
Totals were kind of high:

Fat: 78
Carbs: 183
Protein: 114
Before Surgery: 214
Highest Weight: 240
Now: 125.6
Goal: 130
Doing good keep an eye on the scale.. I saw last week you stayed which is great..

I'm really not sure what is up with my carbs or my weight. I seem to be maintaining...I am pretty active but it's not aerobic active...I walk and I clean the house like a fiend some days. Other days I just veg. Seems I have a knack for getting the carbs I need to fuel the activity of the day...I've never maintained my weight before. I've always been going up or dieting...So this is new territory for me, to say the least.
