So finally a day that was normal.. UNTIL. I got a tummy ache and ended up on the toilet for a while. I was so worried I got what my family had I didnt want to eat. I THINK i feel better so I did eat, but I almost did a pouch test for myself today. lol...

So here was my day...


Breakfast

I added the protein to my ice cream.. does that count as liquid..hehehehe...

needed to drink more but because I had appointments to go to I was affraid of what whould happen so I cut way back on everything.. will do better tomorrow. I feel ok so I guess it was a false alarm. I guess I will see.

Sorry your tummy not feeling good. Sure hope your family didn't share with you. I had a more normal day too...I went to my daughters this afternoon and held the dog..gave her some TLC. She looks alot better shes swollen and sore but she will be fine. B almonds 11     yogert 6 oz L achieve one 9,2 oz D porkchop 1 oz..     protein bar..tasted better tonight S string cheese 1 oz     jello 1 cup with cool whip     apple 1 lg.     Peanut Butter (regular chunky) hubby bought the wrong one     Nature valley honey oat granola bar 2 bars Calories 1076      Fat 43      Carb 105      Protein 75 Wow!  way to many carbs....ate dinner at daughters and ended up with those 2 bars during the day...not usually on my "stuff to eat" list. hope my scale goes down and not up this week. see ya tomm. Nice day for you. Like that you are getting the calories up a bit as well. the carbs you did eat where good ones so thats a good thing. keep up the good work..

Pretty smooth sailing for me today! Day two WAS easier then the first! I feel so GREAT now, no bloating up.  b - protein drink l - protein drink d - cream of chicken soup (ugh, reminded me that I hate soup) s - protein drink  s - sf pudding cup s - sf pudding cup Now I don't count my protein drink as water so I got 84 oz of jus****er in today (well, ice tea, water, and to go sticks)

Nice pouch day. Are you checking the scales or are you gonna wait til the end on the fifth day to see the results. Cant wait to hear about the progress you are making.

good morning, b...oatmeal. l.....chicken sandwich..( with only 1 slice of bread) light mayo. s....granular bar. s....twix s.....yogurt. d...tuna sandwich....1 slice of wheat bread,1 slice of cheese, 1.5 oz of tuna. drank about 100oz of water..16oz coffee. cals...1087 cal.....carbs 152......protein 40g i know the granular bar and twix killed my carb intake...today i will make better choices on my snacks. Be blessed.

Ouch I would say so.. and the protein.. way to low. you need to exchange those bars for protein ones to get that level up. Have a blessed day and will see you tomorrow.

Long LONG day for me yesterday. Couldnt' sleep. Not sure why but I'm dragging this morning BAD!

Breakfast: Cream of Wheat no toppings (no banana either)

Snack: Crackers and peanut butter, yogurt 6 oz.

Lunch: Boiled Pork Roast and carrots

Snack: Protein bar, Jack's Jerky

Dinner: Rice a Roni and Hamburger..1 cup

Snack: Fruit and Grain bar (2, I was up late)

Totals were kind of high:

Calories: 1955

Fat: 78

Carbs: 183

Protein: 114

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

carbs on the high side but you are trying to maintain. How is that going for you. It seems I cant eat near as much as you do to gain a pound. Seems I need to stay close to that 1200-1000 to keep from gaining or loosing. I guess I need to add more exercise into my day.

Doing good keep an eye on the scale.. I saw last week you stayed which is great..

I'm really not sure what is up with my carbs or my weight. I seem to be maintaining...I am pretty active but it's not aerobic active...I walk and I clean the house like a fiend some days. Other days I just veg. Seems I have a knack for getting the carbs I need to fuel the activity of the day...I've never maintained my weight before. I've always been going up or dieting...So this is new territory for me, to say the least.
