A WOW FOR ME TOO!
Today is day 2 of the 5dpt. This am my job sent me to do blood pressures at a health fair in another town at a big company. I took over 100 blood pressurs which kept me very busy. But right across from my station they were popping corn and giving it away. They were not salting it so they thought it was healthy, but the best was I had no desire to eat it! And let me tell you popcorn is my biggest carb down fall. So what I'm saying is this 5 day thing is working! Didn't weigh myself to day but I am on track and feeling great!! Sheila

That's great Sheila!!!
I made baked chicken and potatoes for my family for dinner, while I had a protein drink. I was fine with that, no problems. But they just made some popcorn and I had to shut my bedroom door because the smell is sooooooo darn good!!!!
I won't give in though. I'm committed to these 5 days, no matter what.
andi - that was day two, now I'm on day three. Eggs today!!! wooo hoooo, oh ya know it's the little things in life!LOL I'm down 4 pounds in two days. But for me it wasn't "fat" it was "build up" I was so bloated and gasy from eatting carbs that I was miserable! Now, I'm cleaned out and FEEL GREAT!!!!!! (tmi sorry)
