Pouch test update
Keep it up! I am on day 4 but am going to redo day 3 because I went off a bit and had a breadstick but when you live in San Diego County and the entire County seems to be on fire and people are evacuating to your house, which might also need to be evacuated...give me a break, Pat & Oscars was the only thing open.
Anyway, day 2 was much easier than day 1 for me so I hope you have a good day...although I will admit that I had to just force myself to go to bed at 8:30 on that day so I would not snack but you do what you have to do.

Hi Tena, I did the pouch test a couple weeks ago and lost 4 lbs in two days (while on the liquid part) after 3,4 ad 5 days I evened out. I originally thought it was to jump start my weight loss but it was actually a test to see if my pouch was "working". I wish you luck, you will get through this. Keep up the good work! Hugs, Chris
I was doing well but felt kind of woozy
this evening so i jumped to day three about 12 hours early and had scrambled eggs with salsa. I felt like I had too many calories yesterday so I was being more conservative today; I guess overly conservative! I am used to 1300-1800 calories a day; which is too many obviously since I am still not at goal three years later.
