how's evryone doing on day 1 of pouch test?
I have made it! I think I will go to bed early though to keep temptation away! I added up the calories and was surprised to see they were so high! I know the idea is to reset the pouch, not calorie count but it was still surprising.

Chicken Broth 35 C 3 GM P forgot how good broth can be!

8 OZ protein Drink 260 C 40 GM P Lean Dessert Banana Cream Pie; this is the best !
Cream Tomato 350 C 10 GM P I used evaporated milk; did not look at the calories until after
Crystal light w/P 90C 23 GM P Fuzzy Navel
SF/FF pudding 80 C 4 GM P missed my whip cream
I was hungry at times so I would have whatever to get rid of the hunger, I hope for less tomorrow! I never felt like eating except when making my daughters dinner; she had brown rice, baked chicken strips and peaches. The chicken was begging me to take a bite but I told it no!
Good Luck everyone! I forgot I am having dinner with a friend on Wednesday before our support group; I think I will suggest Denny's so I can get scrambled eggs w/ salsa.

Hello! I live in Gig Harbor but work in Tacoma; I am a nurse manager . We( I have a 7 year old daughter) go to the Fircrest Pool in the summer! I love the park as well. We looked for a house in Fircrest three years ago but could not find what we wanted so did a little updating and stayed in Gig Harbor.
I made it through the day! I had 4 Protein Drinks, sugar free fat free pudding, cream of chicken soup,,and water!! Lots o water! And I have gone to the potty a LOT!!!! Thats gotta be a good thing.
I got reall hungry around 7 PM,,thats when I had the soup and it helped. Altogether about a thousand or 1100 calories,,and over 100 grams of protein,
Cant wait till tomorrow,,Im already feeling better! For one, the guilt is gone!

It's 10pm and I made it through the day!!!!! Whew, it was easy until dinner time, then it got hard. I was serving out my kids doritos and I wasn't tempted to eat them, but WOW, did I ever want to lick my fingers!! ROFL But I was good and washed them right away instead.
I did 3 protein drinks and 3 sf puddings, lots of water, ice tea and to go sticks (probably over 110 oz)... calories suck at 735, are we suppused to be that low??? Protein was great though at 78 grams.
Boy - are ya'll getting "cleaned out" with this.... OMGSH, to spending a LOT of time in the bathroom!! I was having problems with bloating and being backed up - NOT any more. LOL
No other problems for me though, tomorrow is another day!
I am sooooooo glad that I have made it,
through day one. I had two protein drinks, 64 oz. of water, one sugar free pudding, one sugar free jello, cream of chicken soup, and cream of mushroom soup, one snapple. I had head hunger, I couldn'****ch advertisments on TV, or look at the grocery adds without cravings. But Thank God I made it. Best of luck to the rest of you that are waking up and starting again tomorrow.
