Hi Jo, nice to see you over here.  I only came here this morning and its time for me to go to bed now, but Ive been really thinking about getting back to doing the right thing and making good choices.  I didnt do so well today, but I went to the supermarket and bought lots of good protein choices to help me get back into it. Helen,  Welcome!  Although we don't like to admit it, there are several of us on this board who never reached goal.  And we've gained some as well!  Jo was right on when she said you won't feel alone here.  You'll get support from everyone!  Since I've been coming here I stopped gaining and am paying more attention to my overall health.  I know that wouldn't have happened without the advice and wisdom of the grads! Now if I could only get my butt in gear enough to start losing!

Hi Helen  WELCOME ,,,,You get to live where I always wanted to visit ,,:) I am a 4 year grad in NOv and I up and down ..Right now I am in a 12 and a 10 was my goal so we have to do a NO FOOD ,,,:(  I exercise everyday and try to eat right but I tell ya it is tough as time goes on.  I am going to try the 5 day thing and see if I can do it .  I have low blood sugar so I get the shakes with no food so I will see if I can make it 2 days as on the third I can eat something. Hugs to ya and come often  Shirley

Thanks, Shirley, I hope it works for you, but the further out we get, it gets so hard, doesnt it?  I know I eat the wrong things, but I really dont eat much, compared to my "normal" friends!!!  I wonder how little I am going to have to eat to actually lose any more or at least not gain?  I hate protein shakes but they may be all we will be able to live on , if things go on like this.  Gaining is terrifying.
