BumbleBee Chicken Breast
I tried the one with southwest seasoning and it wasn't too bad. They are fully cooked so you just microwave and eat~I found it a nice alternative to tuna and it wasn't too dry. The sodium might be high for some and I won't eat them all the time, but it was a quick protein source and I couldn't finish the whole 4oz serving so it was filling~

Protein 26g
Sodium 580mg (like I said, a little high, but I don't eat salt on anything so I think it was ok for me occasionally)

Hi Tracey:
I usually buy the Tyson Southwestern Chicken Strips and Seasoned Steak Strips. You might want to try them for a different choice, they are really good.

Tracy,
I love to put my Bumble Bee chicken in my salad and it is very yummy! I love that it has 26g of protein!!! I always keep it here at work in my locker, since it doesn't have to be refrigerated, in case of an emergency. It has saved me from pizza or some other no no many times!
Thanks for the tip! Please let me know if you have any others, specially if they can stay in my locker
