Pouch Test Day 1 MONDAY
I also started the pouch test today. So far so good. It's usually the late afternoon and evenings that send me into an eating frenzy. I have had two protein drinks, sugar free jello, 2 bottles of water and 2 coffees so far today. My stomach at times is sending me empty signals but am just filling up with more fluids. I am hoping to regain control of my eating and drop some more weight while I'm at it.

and I've had 50 oz of water so far, and it's 3:30pm. But I too get REAL hungry in the evening. I've got a busy night planned though so hopefully I can keep my self preoccupied and OUT of the kitchen!!
