hi everyone, long time no type =), been sooooo busy with work and school. well, yesterday was bad: breakfast: didn't wake up until 1030 lunch: 1/2 famous star with cheese dinner: gyro meat with half a pita and about 6 french fries

 Well, I went crazy yesterday, I just cannot explain it...It was like a was deliberately trying to sink my ship, the carbs and the sweets kept calling and I kept answering the call, pretty disgusted with my behaviors...No accountability AT ALL this weekend, however I have formulated my plan, now it is just a matter of sticking to it... Today until Oct 31st no white carbs, no real sugar treats...Nov 1st I will do the 5 day pouch test, to, hopefully, conquer the rest of the beast within and bring myself  completely back on track...Started trashing the temptations I have laying around helping me to stray... I'll be in tomorrow to report...  Alesia

ok.. lets do it.. I will do the same on the carbs and sweets.. sweets not a problem.. i dump.. but no carbs.. i want these 3 pounds of now.

weekends always are crazy one way or the other.. set your course and head on out.. you can do it girl..

Oh my gosh! Your weekend was the weekend from hell. So sorry Carla. Hope your week is better. I spent most of the day recovering from Magic Mountain...Didn't nap but caught up on chores and house cleaning...And the NASCAR race, had to watch it on the internet, play by play because ABC decided that a fire in Malibu was more important than our NASCAR World Series...Funny, CBS and Fox didn't preempt the FOOTBALL games...Hmm. Can we all say preferencial treatment? Breakfast: Cream of Wheat, no toppings or fruit Second Breakfast: 2 eggs and steak (from a steak and eggs breakfast) and a few hashbrowns (I was a pig for breakfast so no snack) Lunch: The insides of a Turkey Chibata Sandwich. Turkey, swiss, a bit of lettuce, tomato. No bread. Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast and a stuffed bell pepper with rice, onions, carrots, celery and squash. I couldn't finish the insides or the pepper itself... Dessert: 1/2 cup cottage cheese and strawberry applesauce and 4 bite size sf cookies.  totals for the day: Calorie: 1453 Fat: 58 Carbs: 104 Protein: 127 I think this is the sweet spot...Carbs about a 100 and fat lower than 75... But protein will always and should always be over 100...Totals to change when I'm active..
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

sunday was a bad day for me... b...1 slice of wheat bread, slice of cheese and turkey about (5 deli slices)  l...3oz chicken.. 1/2 slice of bread d....taco without the tortilla( chicken) i drank about 40oz of water and 16oz coffee. i didnt put my intake on sparkspeople.com...i already know it was a low low low low day for me... today is a new day.. Be blesssed

wow.. nice catching you there.. good numbers and choices.. i am sure you were hungry by than. That is so great to hear it all came out good.. those OH prays come in handy as well.. but you are a picture of health now.. no where to go but up.. keep it up girl.
