Accountability... What did you eat Sunday
So I thought yesterday was bad...... omgsh... at 9pm my son starts throwing up and than both ends.. that keeps me up til 12. 1 am my SO starts going, 2am my oldest starts. I have someone in each bathroom sitting on the pots with a trash can in front of them. Needless to say... I got no sleep. They are all still sick and have fevers to boot. My other son had this on Friday so the only ones left to get it are me and my little one. I am exhausted. In the middle of all of this I had to go the my MIL from the airport and drive her home which is a 3 1/2 hour drive; my SO was to sick to go get her. Some one save me.
So how was everyone elses weekend.. How did you do as far as eating. here was my day.
Breakfast

For some reason food tasted odd to me today.
B: 8 oz choc. shake w/nf milk, 1/2 banana
Vitamins and supplements
L: 3 bites of n/f cottage cheese (really tasted off, but it was a new container), 1/2 banana
Snack: 3 dark chocolate squares
D: Tuna salad w/balsamic vinaigrette
snack: International House s/f Chai
Vitamin B complex in water.
(Family dynamics going haywire, so I'm not hungry.)
I have to do my calcium citrate soon--awful cinnamon stuff from Bariatric Eating or something. Yuck.
You know what's really funny--pre op I'd have been chowing down on anything I could get my greasy fingers on (grilled cheese sandwiches by the boatload!). Now, when I get upset, I can't eat.
Gotta love this surgery!
I am going to try another flavor of the chewable calcium citrate, but I have to use up these nasty cinnamon flavored ones first!
Today was a day!! I weeded and planted new flowers thru out the front and back yard. We have our house on the market and had beautiful gardens...hubby used the wrong fertilizer by mistake and killed them all. So now we start again I got so hot today and ache from bending and weeding. Hope that burnt some calories tho.

seems kinf of low.. you dont have the figures up to see. but if you were working in the yard all day you could do a few more caloires. nice choices thought.. well mcdonalds.. hm.... I cant do anything with real sugar in it.. and far be it for me to say ice cream is a bad thing...lol

Oh Carla - I'm so sorry! That is horrible. I know I wouldn't have been able to eat. I can NOT do throw up at all; cant see it, cant smell it, and cant hear it.... I lieterally will pass out!!! Isn't that the strangest thing. When my kids had the flu - I paid my oldest daughter CASH to clean up the mess. I was home alone with them and just KNEW I couldn't go near it or she'd be calling 911 for her momma. lol (I'm pathetic) lol
I did most fluids today because of feeling so poorly!!!
