Accountability... What did you eat Saturday

Well not a good day for me food wise of family wise. I was suppose to go to a tourneyment but my special needs son blew this morning needing more than usual to deal with his behavior. After 3 hours of screaming and tantruming I was exhausted and we did not get to go. the rest of the family had to go without us. The rest of the day was quiet as I had to give hime something to finally calm him down.. thank goodness for that.

As far as food I ate some grapes and they got stuck so I wasnt able to eat dinner. it took most of the night to clear out the pipes so at least I got some ice cream in..lol.. hey.. gotta love it..

Here was my day.


Breakfast

Sorry you had such a hard day. Sure hope tomm is better for you. Me today...well I ate but not exactly good... B almonds 20     yogert 6 oz L achive one protein 9.2 oz   S apple...large D protein bar S 1 cup sf soft serve ice cream S 1 cup sf soft serve ice cream S almonds 7 S achiveone protein 9.2 Cal 1230 fat       45 carb  117 WOW protein 77 Well not the best choices but tommorrow is another day Maybe I will get some food in...good food and choces.

I wish I could eat apples but they dont go down well. I guess grapes are joining that list as well as I have had a hard time with them a couple of times.

Not a bad day. starting to get that protein up which is great and the calories look better. keep up the good work.

My big problem is i can eat ANYTHING  and everything...nothing makes me dump or get sick. Im trying to get more fruit in..i know i dont get enough. Veggies either. When the protein is in no room for anything else for awhile and i hate to graze...that got to be a bad habit for me. well log in later for today. cha

I cant do grapes at all. Can't do apple with the peal on either!!! Oh, the pain they bring every time I try (duh, notice I've tried multiple times?I'm a slow learner)lol  I had a horrific eatting day, too off to bother logging.  b - oatmeal s - protein drink l - pizza buffet - 1 slice of pizza but they didn't have any thin crust, a salad, and bit of cinnamon roll, a slice of apple dessert, and a bit of another dessert thing.... UGH s - crackers d - OMGSH, dh begged to go to our local buffett cuz he worked 12 hours and hadn't eatten at all. MISTAKE!!! I had a small piece of meatloaf, a couple bites of a steak(it was too cooked - tough) cottage cheese, a couple bites of cole slaw, a yeast roll (I know not good). And some ice cream toppings (candy corn, choc. covered raisins) with out the ice cream. Really that part was good, just about 15 pieces of candy corn and a couple raisins.  But the REACTIVE effect of my body was REALLY REALLY BAD!!!! I was bloated so bad I could hardly walk to the car (darn roll). Gas X and what not does nothing for me, so its just a wait it out thing. This morning I was in so much pain I couldn't sit down!!! Finally, after drinking a protein drink I had a large and now I feel a little better.  So, I'm starting the 5Day thing TODAY and not tomorrow like planned. I've got to get back to feeling better before school tomorrow.

I'm sorry you feel so bad. I know that feeling lately. Sounds like an interesting day of choices for you. Gas is not my friend and something I struggle with almost everyday. I sure wish I knew a way to stop it.

Good luck on the 5 day pouch thing. I am keeping my eye on everyone to see how it is working out for everyone.

Isn't it always the case when you have something planned? Someone has to really step their foot in it... I had a day on the other end of the spectrum. We went to Six Flags and I rode four different roller coasters...I ran out of scream and couldn't do any more than laugh...It was wonderful and more fun than I've had in a long time but I didn't get enough liquids in or food to the calories I burned... Breakfast: Cream of Wheat with banana Second Breakfast: Protein Balance Bar Lunch: 1 slice Roast Beef, 1/4 cup pork and beans,  2/3 cup salad, 1 pc fried chicken with skin removed... Snack: Protein Balance Bar Dinner: Vegetable beef soup, grilled chicken breast sandwich (sans bun) and a smidgen (1/3 cup) of cottage cheese.  I didn't get dessert...I got home and crawled into bed and stayed there for 10 hours...Eow, I was pooped!  I figure:  Calories: 1506 Fat: 53 Carbs: 132 Protein: 128 I'm trying to make up for the water thing today but it's hard to get moisture in..
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Just wanted to stop by and say hi I got to have a light breakfast before 9 am and had a protien drink and then an english muffin with 1 T peanut butter. Since then clear liquids and a gallon of nuelitely to get cleaned out for my test tomorrow. Snacking on some sf jello while I write this. Hope I can fall asleep early so I won't think about food so much. Hope everyone had a great weekend. PS. Carla sorry to hear you had a difficult day. Hope things are better. Take care Sher
