Hey all the weekend is here.. what plans you got. Is it gonna be busy as usual. It's so odd going from the closet hermits we were to the now out going doing something all the time people we have become.. life is grand.

So how did you do.. are we kicking off our weekend with our sails going strong.

Here was my day.


Breakfast

drank 76 oz. could of done better.. was teaching all day so it makes it hard to drink when you gotta talk for 6 hours.

Dang!!!!!!! What did I do???? Made stupid decisions is what. Got up late..and ate even when I wasn't hungry trying to catch up.....I still want to loose 10 lbs and I won't do it this way. Dh called and asked if I wanted to go to dinner at Outback. Sure I said....well ya know what we ordered don't ya???? that BLOOMIN ONION!!!! I looked it up and the dang thing is awful in calories....I ate about 1/8 of it : ( I couldnt enjoy my chicken because I ate it. How dumb can I get? well here my day.... B almonds 12     yogert 6 oz L achieveone protein 9.2 oz   S String cheese 3 oz D Bloomin onion 1/8--------I was full here : (    salad 1/2 cup     honey mustard dressing 1/2 tab    alices spring chicken 2 oz approx S sf choc almonds .....glad these are gone     achieve one protein 9.2 oz Calories 1174     fat 59      carb 67      Protein 92 Way to much protein for me sittin on my butt all day....Im so full Im miserable : ( hope I can regain my sence tomm. Looks great to me.. only thing that is a little high is the fat from that onion. I think you should keep the protein up there everyday.. cals are great too..

I did okay...but I did make one mistake.. Breakfast: CReam of Wheat with a 1/4 cup raisins, coffee w/soy milk and sf cocoa Second Breakfast: Protein Bar Then I got the bright idea to try out a gift card my boss gave me for Jamba Juice...I tried the 16 ounce Peanut Moo'd (peanut flavored soy milk with frozen yogurt and banana) with an energy boost of protein (Whey protein) I picked up the nutrition list on my way out...530 calories 94 grams of sugar...YIKES> I started to dump and feel light headed. I only drank half of it and saved myself from a total dump. Lunch (MUCH later): South Beach Santa Fe Chicken Salad without the pita chips (nasty things anyway) Snack: 2 celery sticks and 2 tablespoons peanut butter (after that Moo'd I wasn't sure I could handle the flavor but I did) and a cheese stick Dinner: Toppings off three peices of pizza (Pepperoni and mushroom. The sausage didn't agree with me but I figure it was only one bite) Dominoes sure is stingy with their toppings... My estimate on the counts:  Calories: 1784 Fat: 77 Carbs: 177 Protein: 121 Throw in a sugar free chocolate cookie before bed and you have my day...I didn't add the cookie to the totals..
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
