Ummmmmmm looks like I will be doing the 5 day pouch test on monday morning. Seeing how I am up three pounds and wt in at. 148 and have a bmi of 20.8 Taichi

I may be joining you.. its ok.. just sail your ship and follow the pouch rules and it will all be ok.. listen to how bravely I say this to you..

Thats how it goes. I know you havent over did it with food so its just one of those weeks. you are still doing fantastic.

Current: 137.5 Last week: 139 but-- 2 days ago: 135.5 (bmi 23.2) so i'm kind of bummed to be up 2lbs esp. since i haven't broken any major rules. it's that time of the month so i'm hoping it's water weight.

Nat, I just read how much weight you have lost. You have done wonderful, Ya know we alway's gain at THAT time of month. So pick up the blues your having and go out and make it a GREAT day.
