Accountability... What did you eat Thursday
Hi all, had a busy day for myself. Lots of driving around and running errands and grocery shopping and even hit consignment shop(spent a whole 11$) got two nice sweaters.
Have an event to attend with my DH. Got some new clothes. Haven't had the opportunity to get dressed up in a very long time, can't wait till tomorrow!
A little lower on the protein today, but otherwise good.

k, today I had:
B-1 cup reeses puffs cereal w/ skim milk
s- odwalla almond bar
L- 1/4 cup mandarin oranges and the "burgers" out of some chunky sirloin burger soup.
s- odwalla almond bar
D-2 bites chicken, handfull of cheez its, 2 odwalla almond bars
I also had a choc chip cookie and a peanut butter cup
OK so I am not sure where you are on your journey. Are you at goal, still loosing or maintaining. Regardless carbs are way up there and protein is way down. If you are maintaining carbs arent to bad but still gotta get more protein in you. Let me know where you are heading your ship so we can all support you on your journey. I see you went to the same doctors I went too.. small world isnt it.
