Well the weekend is near. Are you all doing something fun for the weekend. I am going to busy as usual doing kid things. Been a long crazy week for me and I actually have to teach a class tomorrow so I dont get my friday off.. darn. I will be prepared with my food plan so I should be ok.

So here was my day..


Breakfast

Nice day for me..unusual and diffrent. I went to a WLS tasteing event tonight. I worked a table making  a protein drink for WLS patients to try out. There were alot of people there with products to try. So it will be hard to figure exactly how much I ate today. This is pretty close tho. Also heard a speaker [email protected] who had  3 classes..I got to go to the one on the 6 R's of sucessful WLS. I enjoyed it very much and hope I too can put these things into action in my life. I think this posting is a great start for us all : ) B protein achiveone 9.2 oz    L string cheese 3 oz D protein achieveone 9.2 oz S  strawberries 10 sm       2 tab cool whip       1 deviled egg....I had both 1/2s...is a 1/2 egg considered 1 deviled egg? or 2                                1/2 =whole? I   counted 1/2 each as 1 deviled egg        approx 1/2 a protein bar...from tasteing        sf choc almond 1 serving Cal 792       Fat 42      Carb 30       Protein 75 weigh in tomm morning... see you tomm Cha

nice protein. still would like to see you get a little higher on cals. dont want you going into starvation mode. Thats great. sounds like a great lecture and you had a good time.. take care and I will see you tomorrow.

I had a low day, but protein was great for a low day. I've got some extra things at school today so I PLANNED for it and I'll be bringing enough food to get me through. lol  b - oatmeal w/ protein l - dbl cheeseburger no bun - wow two days in a row, HONESTLY, I'm not addicted..... just busy d - turkey wrap and string cheese s - brownie calories  968 fat  42  carbs  56 protein  87 Ooopps, lunch and dinner were mixed up there. I ate the turkey for lunch and the burger for dinner on the go. I guess these miserable cramps made me not too hungry today but I sure did CRAVE chocolate/sweet!!! I desperately wanted it for breakfast, hence why it's not in my house, but knew I'd just want more later so I FORCED myself NOT to get it. Then I had a meeting last night and they have the bestest brownies there, so I caved in and had one.

Hi Everyone, Checking in before the weekend, yesterday was a good day for me, did well keeping on course... B - 20oz sf / ff latte S - Oh Yeah! Protein Bar w/ a tbsp of pb L - 1 1/2 cup WW Turkey Chili-Stoup      1 sf andes mint D - crockpot cranberry chicken, a  med size thigh & leg       1/2 cup peas-n-carrots S - 10 oz protein hot cocoa w / a squirt of reddiwhip 84 1/2 oz clear liquids Cals - 1163    Fat - 64     Carbs - 90     Protein - 103 Enjoy the weekend !  Alesia

I'll do better today. I promise.  Breakfast: Cream of Wheat with 1/4 cup raisins, coffee with soy milk and sf cocoa (6am) Second Breakfast: Yogurt 6 oz, low fat, (8am) Snack: 2 stalks of celery with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (10am) Lunch: Zucchini Fritata, home made w/ shrimp and non fat ranch dressing (12pm) Snack: Apple Brown Betty, homemade w/ no sugar, warmed (2 pm) (I get most of my liquids in right here between 3 pm and 6 pm, 40 ounces) Dinner: 3+ ounces of steak, grilled, green beans (6 pm) After dinner: I attempted to eat just the apples from the Brown Betty but not warmed...The cold didn't agree with my pouch and I lost just about all of it but I counted 1/2 cup anyway... (8 pm) Calories: 1928 Fat: 68 Carbs: 228 Protein: 124
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
