wow you arent kidding. wow.. the carbs are off the scale and protein is just not there.. That lasagna will get you ever time. I think we all have days we do something we dont usually do.. its like a quick meltdown or something.. thankfully we catch it and make the adjustments. this board helps us keep it in prespective doesnt it.

Godd Morning!!! I had a pretty good day yesterday with food. I am very excited about this post and if you guys don't mind I will share my day with you... -Shredded Wheat w/ ff milk and 1 box rasains -Atkins Protien Bar -South Beach Ham and Turkey wrap kit,  sf fruit cup -Starkist Tuna Kit  2 kosher pickle wedges, sf fruit cup -5 prunes, snack bag of popcorn - 96+ oz of pure water 1256 calories/ 29 grams fat God Bless!

sorry it took so long to respond...just checking my email and I haven't been on the computer in a couple of days to check in. to answer you question I get  in about 80 - 100 grams of protein a day. thanks for responding and for the warm welcome!

I didn't do too well on calorie count but did pretty good on protein... Breakfast: oatmeal with banana, coffee w/ sf cocoa and soy milk Second Breakfast: yogurt (6 oz)  Lunch: Chicken Enchilada, 1 cup left overs and a cheese stick Snack: Protein bar, Balance Bare Dinner: Chicken breast sandwich sans the bun, lettuce, tomatoe and ranch dressing (just a smidge)  Bedtime Snack: Canned sweet peas about a 3/4 cup, no liquid. I drank 80 ounces of liquid, including three cups of coffee and two 24 ounce bottled water w/Crystal Light.  Calories: 1350 Fat: 39 Carbs: 154 Protein: 107
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

protein looks good and you did well over all. you got in good cals for the day. It doesnt always have to be the same.. I know mine isnt. Good are the carbs as well. That will help keep you in place.

That is so awesome. I worked for a while in a convalscent and I loved spending time talking to the people that lived there. they have so much knowledge and the stories of the past are second to none. Most of my family is gone now but I will never forget the times I spent with them. That just moved me more than you know.
