Accountability.. what did you eat Wednesday
Well I am tired of saying work is just to crazy.. but again.. what a crazy day I had today. the phone was off the hook with ppl wanting things from me like yesterday. yikes.. had to do a report in an hour that I would normally take a day to do.. my brain hurt after that. oh well.. i still love my job so it's all good.
So how was your wednesday. are we sailing right half way through our work week. I had a good food day.. pretty same old but consistency is good and work does that to me.

Hectic day for me...Doctors 1, 2 , 3....went and picked up some protein shakes at Bariatic Eating so had a good day...all in all.

fairly good day here for me. I had a surprise visit from Aunt Flo, no wonder I craved chocolate! LOL She usually calls before coming though, so I was not thrilled about her drop in visit. Needless to say, I don't feel so good today.... and I'm jammed packed with busy things today. UGH What I'd like to do is curl up in bed and just stay there today.

It THURSDAY !!! One more day to the weekend...
Overall was satisfied with the days totals for Wednesday, no to happy about sliding of course...I gave myself a firm talking to this morning, too many episodes of : " just 1 piece of choc won't hurt, or just one cookie is okay", mad at myself and definately know I am deluding myself that "just" is fine because it is sooo much less than "I used to eat", I can feel the slope giving way and I'm putting my foot down NOW, on what is left of the solid ground...I know what I should be doing, time to stop the insanity and making excuses and JUST DO IT !
