Well I am tired of saying work is just to crazy.. but again.. what a crazy day I had today. the phone was off the hook with ppl wanting things from me like yesterday. yikes.. had to do a report in an hour that I would normally take a day to do.. my brain hurt after that. oh well.. i still love my job so it's all good.

So how was your wednesday. are we sailing right half way through our work week. I had a good food day.. pretty same old but consistency is good and work does that to me.

Heres my day

Hectic day for me...Doctors 1, 2 , 3....went and picked up some protein shakes at Bariatic Eating so had a good day...all in all. B almonds 12     yogert 6 oz L  Achive One Protein shake 9.2 oz   D chopped turkey 3 oz     celery 1/4 c chopped     onions 1/4 c chopped      mayo diet 1 tab S   SF Choc covered almonds ....uh oh 2 servings       cantalope 1 slice       no sugar added  swiss miss in  decaf       AchieveOne Protein shake 9.2 oz Cal 854    Fat 38    Carb 57    Protein 75 Got in 61 oz fluid today....see ya tomm : )

Well you are still way down on your calories. How are you feeling. May wanna still try and get it up a bit so you dont go into starvation mode. glad you added the protein.. keep up the good work.

fairly good day here for me. I had a surprise visit from Aunt Flo, no wonder I craved chocolate! LOL She usually calls before coming though, so I was not thrilled about her drop in visit. Needless to say, I don't feel so good today.... and I'm jammed packed with busy things today. UGH What I'd like to do is curl up in bed and just stay there today.  b - oatmeal w/ protein l - dbl cheeseburger no bun (havent had one in a while), couple bites of a side salad (ICK) and a couple of apple dippers no carmel (they were sourish) if thats a word.  d - turkey wrap, sf pudding s - cottage cheese s - protein drink  Calories: 1075 Fat: 39 Carbs: 81 Protein: 100

I hate that time as well although mine is a mess right now. dont seem to be having a normal cycle at all. Missing more than hitting. It's cold here in cali so I know the desire to curl up in bed. Hope you are feeling better soon and your day goes smoothly. Nice eating day for you..

Good morning, b...2 eggs and a sausage patty. l..protein shake...slim fast low carb s...kellogg special k bar. s...EAS advantage, carb control shake d...spinach and beef ...1cup.. 16oz of hot cocoa...110 oz of water.   yesterday was my long day...10 hr shift and had to go for evening class frm 7-10pm, and i didnt go crazy on the unhealth snacking..yeh!  . 1020 cal.....32g carbs...73g protein. Be blessed.

It THURSDAY !!! One more day to the weekend... Overall was satisfied with the days totals for Wednesday, no to happy about sliding of course...I gave myself a firm talking to this morning, too many episodes of : " just 1 piece of choc won't hurt, or just one cookie is okay", mad at myself and definately know I am deluding myself that "just" is fine because it is sooo much less than "I used to eat", I can feel the slope giving way and I'm putting my foot down NOW, on what is left of the solid ground...I know what I should be doing, time to stop the insanity and making excuses and JUST DO IT ! Just and... hey its better than I used to do just doesnt cut it. It is something we all need to remember and thank you for being so honest with us keeping it real. Set that ship for a good course and keep on sailing girl.. you are doing great.
