I'm back finally!
Okay so I took a rather long hiatus from posting on here. The last few months have drained me! My poor cat got sick and it took nearly a month for her to get better (and cleaned out my wallet at the same time). So I had to get a second job to cover those expenses. So I am working pretty much nonstop these days. My good food habits went down the drain. However, my second job is somewhat physical so I am maintaining my weight. Also when I had previously thought I had gotte down to 172...well I think my scale actually lied to me. It was acting weird so I put a new battery in it and all of a sudden it said I weighed 184!! So I've weighed myself on 3 different scales and what do you know..184..*sigh* So right now at 187ish. But I am getting back on the bandwagon. I ordered me a bodybugg (it's supposed to tell you how many calories you burn throughout the entire day) and I have been wearing a pedometer since August and logging all my steps at walkertracker.com. My mom does it too so it's almost like a competition! So I'll be back on the boards here logging my food every day! I really gotta get these last 20 off..I'm coming up on three years in march and I'd love to get to my goal weight by then. Hope everyone else has been doing great since I was last here!!

Have you tried tracking your intake? There are online sites that are free where you can track your food and nutritional intake. It can be an eye opener and may help you see what changes you can make to get that last 20 lbs off. I like sparke people.com. Fitday.com is another site. You can get back on track, Take care Sher
