Acountability.. what did you eat Tuesday
Unusual day for me I got up late and forgot to eat lunch...just didnt get the protein made up before bedtime. sooo..... B No sugar added swiss miss in decaf coffee yogert 6 oz almonds 19 D salmon 3 oz string cheese 1 oz wheat thins 5 S achieve one protein 9.2 oz stawberrys 6 med cool whip 2 tab. Cal 723 Fat 26 Carb 56 Pro 62 I did get in 73 oz of fluid which is good for me :)
Those carbs were calling my name again today, but most were the right kind of carbs.
Spending too much time in my kitchen. (made muffins again today but didn't tell my DH what was in them so he had one and didn't know the difference(LF, SF, whole grain) Also am bringing several to an elderly relative I am visiting tomorrow.

To funny.. i do the same thing with onions and bell peppers.. if they know I put it in the food they yell but what they dont know is I put it in a lot of stuff.. afterwards when they say it was good I tell them.. hehehehe..
I would say those carbs did get u today.. lol.. protein looks good and cals and fat are great.. like you said at least they were the good ones.. way to take control of that ship and keep yourself moving the right way.
