Wow wow wow.. crazy day for me. Traveled all day and did a 12 hour day. guess it makes up for my short days..lol.. Well I planned out my day but than my interns wanted to ride with me and actually wanted to stop for lunch.. how dare they. Entertaining them all day was tiring.. lol.. so we stopped and i got a nice salad and still did good.. So how are you all do.. sailing right.. getting that protein in.. sound off

I did good on my drinking but my eating was....well, in a nutshell, BAD!!!!! I was busy most of the day and forgot to eat...I did get a job starting Nov 16-April1st as a product sampler in Walmart, great hours....only 3 days a week Fri-Sun 10am-4.....Grace is sick so I'm sure most of my day will be spent giving lots of TLC and hoping I don't catch whatever it is....Still dealing with the headaches, not sure what's up...stress maybe. It's getting old for sure! I've missed you guys! Dede

Not a very good day today. On the go, in a hurry, didn't take a lunch to school.... UGH, then made the mistake of trying to make up for no eatting all day when I got home at 4pm b 6;30am - oatmeal w/ protein added l 4:00pm - turkey wrap, sf pudding,  s 6:00pm - protein drink  s 7:00pm  - candy bar (ugh, I was actually hoping to dump on it and clear myself out w/o medication - didn't even work, gggrrr) d 9:00pm - noodleless lasagna Calories: 1145 (thanks to the candy bar or it be 910) Fat:  39 Carbs: 85 Protein: 105  wow, still hit the protein, I'm surprised!!!  I will NOT forget my lunch, I will NOT forget my lunch, I will NOT forget my lunch!! LOL

Tie a string on your nose to remind you to take your lunch.. lol.. good thing there was candy around.. girl I would have dumped so bad I would still be in there dont know if that makes me lucky or not.

Good morning, b...oatmeal. w/ protein powder l...4oz of chicken/without skin and mixed vegs. s...twix.. d....chicken nuggets (5) and boiled egg (1) drank about 120oz of water. cals...1100 carbs 77g and  protein 70g Be blessed.

nice numbers ... wait a twix... lol... should of made that a protein bar..lol.. I just love those things... only diet I know of I get to eat and drink chocolate all day and loose weight...

Time to report in... Monday looked pretty good, stayed close to my planned course, couple of halloween kisses jumped out of my candy jar and into my mouth ...It was still a good day, scale slowly moving downward B - 20 sf / ff FV & Caramel Latte S - Strawberry lite-n-fit yogurt smoothie       1 hershey's kiss L - 2 oz grilled beef steak       1/4 cup green beans       1/4 potato salad S - 1 prune       1 hershey's kiss       1  homemade meatball D - 5 homemade meatballs with sauce       1 cup Caesar salad S - 10oz cup protein hot cocoa with a squirt of Reddiwhip PLUS - 67 oz water -  could have been more... Did you see what you ate there for snack... a prune, meatball and a hersey's kiss.. yummmm.. what a combo is that...lol..still a good day you are right.. keep it up girl.. and up a lock on those hersey's kiss you got on the desk.

I did okay Tuesday: Breakfast: Malto Meal, banana, coffee w/ sf cocoa and soy milk Second Breakfast: Grapes and a SoBe Protein bar Lunch: Tina's burrito and packet of salsa (green salsa, tastes horrible. I'm done with that) Snack: Cheese stick, honey roasted peanuts Dinner: Chicken enchilada from the crock pot Dessert: left over Apple Brown Betty made w/splenda. Those late carbs made me really sleepy. I think I'm off of those too. I couldn't hold my head up after 7:30 so I was in a nice warm bed and snoring by 8 pm...And slept clean through till 5:30 am this morning...I think carbs (bread like in the brown betty) are my trigger food. They cause all sorts of problems, I think. But I weighed 120.2 this morning...Maybe I'm finding that sweet spot. Totals: Calories: 1651 Fat:61 Carbs: 220 (you told me those Tina's Burritos were high carb...Sure are!) Protein: 70 (and because I had carbs I didn't notice all the protein I was missing) drats!
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
