Well, Daughter didn't come and get the desert from yesterday so you know who had some guess wo had some? OH! i must have been dreaming when i said i lost 6 lbs...its 3 geez!!! Here is what I ate today: B almonds 12 yogert 6 oz L Protein drink 9.5 oz D Turkey 3 oz 1 tab. Mayo Guacamole w/ tomatos 1/4 c S 1 slice cantalope Protein drink 9.5 oz Pie filling apple 1/4 c ice cream 1 c jello 1 c Cal. 1027 Fat 30 Carb 105 Protein 81 Way to many carbs today. I need to get more drinking in also...that has always been so hard for me. Lets see....69oz for me today which is good...i do count the jello as liquid and protein drinks. I have a very slow matabolism...I don't really loose unless I cut way back. Altho this is the first time I have tried to loose again since surgery. But i always ate about 1000 calories when I was looseing the first time around. See you tomm : )

Not sure how many calories you got in. You need more protein in your diet though. I see a lot of oatmeal, which I love too, so throw some chicken in it. I bet your carbs are up there from all that oatmeal.
Nice to meet you and welcome aboard to a journey on hopefully some smooth seas. Remember you're the captain of your own ship.
