Well.. I ate and ate and ate. I love cashews and I know I ate way to many.. I am not sure how much I ate but I know it was a lot.. snacking at them is not a good thing. So here is my day.. and I had ice cream twice to boot.. man was I bad today..

here it goes.


Breakfast

HI,  I have watched your group and now am on the bandwagon with you. I do check in daily with fitday.com...wondering if I can join you groupies? I am 4 years out with RNY. I lost 176 lbs...and the last year gained 16 pounds with snacking and grazeing. Feeling like the pillsbury dough girl poppin out of my jeans ( I refuse to buy the bigger size )...So I am watchin it again going back to healthy eating and more protein shakes. I'm down 6 lbs so far...another 10 to go. breakfast: 10 almonds                     6 oz dannon light and fit yogert                 Lunch:       3 oz sting cheese dinner :     1/2 of a bean burrito  snack:      2 jello snack pack                     coolwhip                    3 stawberries    later meal: achievone   protein drink       dont know the stats of this but ends up being about  900 calories  will try to post with stats next time.

  Yesterday was a good "eat" day for me...LOL  Breakfast 1 cup flavored coffee                 Protien Drink; Vanillia Mocha Freeze Lunch- 1 cup of mixed fresh fruit with granola on top Snack- couple of handfuls on mixed nuts             Triple Berry Smoothie (protien drink) Dinner- 1 med. size Chicken strip              Mixed salad greens w/ fresh veggies I drink all my water; had all my vits & meds; exercised in the morning!!! Enjoy your Sunday

I love smoothies.. sounds like a good day.. keep it up and welcome aboard. DO you use fitday or sparkpeople. It helps keep you on track..

Oh Carla give yourself a break!!!  I am the same with nuts...can't have them for a snack otherwise I won't stop...seriously I will eat the whole can.  I am trying to do the 5 day pouch test so here was my day...I slipped up when my DH kept talking about food and then stopped in for sushi while we were running errands!  Lovely isn't he?

I am a little worried with this plan just cause I do not have the energy to work out properly without the calories but it's only 1 more day without food so I guess I will just skip it and work out tomorrow.

Dont understand why you are trying it. You dropped weight the last few weeks if I remember correctly. Dropping this low with all the exercise is definiately gonna drain you.. Take care of yourself. Again.. more calories and protein is what I think and it was working. You didnt get enough protein for this plan either..

Please be careful ok... Take care of yourself.

ROFL    Belly Laugh  Oh Carla, you're too funny!! I know I shouldn't be "laughing" at you, but it's just sooooooo good to know that I'm not the only one!!!!!!! I have not allowed myself to even buy nuts in a long time now. They are just "unstopably good" (is that a word?)!!! One handful turns into two, three, and the next thing I know the darn can is 1/2 empty and it was  12 serving can!!!   At least your calories were still in a good range for you!!!! I didn't get my foods logged yesterday, but here's what I ate.  b - oatmeal w/ protein l - dh grilled me a hambuger (cooked well) heeheehee  had something with it but I can not remember what it was d - baked chicken, salad, green beans,  Non-Rice Pudding s - pork skins s - strawberries w/cool whip s - sf pudding cup w/ some grahm crackers   I'm missing some things here, just can't remember. I know it wasn't too bad, more dessert things then usual.

NUTS ARE EVIL you say protein balls.. I can control that.. but man put a nut in front of me and it's over.. I love how I am always saying keep the cals up.. keep the protien up but I dont do it for myself. My goal is 1200 to 1500 a day and for the past few weeks I have been hitting 1000 daily. than the one day I hit what I am suppose to i freak out and think I have eaten the kitchen sick..lol...

Some day I will learn.. at least I hope to.. but no more nuts in the house.. off limits... hehehehe...

You seemed to have a nice day even without logging.. after a while you can tell when it's a good day or not.. you are a champ at it now...

I didn't have enough time to do my normal snacking on Saturday. We bought some furniture and I spent most of the day moving it around and cleaning the house to get it set up for our expected holiday visitors...The guest room looks fabulous now... Breakfast: Malto Meal with Banana (6 am) Second Breakfast: Fried egg skillet, two eggs, grilled red potatoes and shredded cheddar cheese (9 am) Lunch: None Snack: None Dinner: 2 cups of home made split pea soup with turkey sausage, carrots, potatoes, celery and onions...yum..(I ate dinner in two stages, 1 cup and then another cup a bit before bed..) Then I collapsed into bed and slept for 10 straight hours... According to my calculations: Calories: 1487 Fat: 67 Carbs: 144 Protein: 84 I didn't even drink enough fluids because this morning I woke up with a headache...Silly me. I'm already ahead on fluids...I'm at 74 oz right now...Not counting cups of coffee..
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
