Well the weekend is here.. What do we all got planned. I have grandma's day tomorrow and we are having a birthday party for my youngest. Than on Sunday my son has a football game... Lots of fun I know..

Well how did your friday go. are we sailing smoothly along. i did ok I think.

I forgot to log my food. (ugh) But I do know that I did pretty good. We got out of school early (TGIF) so we went to lunch at a friends house. She set out a spread for sandwiches, I made a turkey/cheese rolled up in lettuce and said no to bread!! I had some carrots and a very small handful of chips. Dinner, I don't think I actually sat down for dinner, oh yes I did. Ate lasagna guts after scraping the noodles off.  I did snack a lot yesterday. But I also burned a LOT more calories then I normally do yesterday so I'm sure I pretty much came out right on target at around 1250 calories.  HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND

Whoa! I just did my totals. I went way over the top on the protein yesterday...

Breakfast: Malto Meal with a very small banana (probably why the carbs went so high) Snack: Roasted Green Peas, snack crackers with cheese, I pack Lunch: Shrimp with Lemon Butter (non-fat) to dip in, Cheese stick, Quaker Toffee Nut Bar Snack: Acheiv One protein drink, 3 SF York peppermint patties Dinner: 1 carne asada (roasted pork) taco from the local Vallarta Market, 1 slice of cheese added, 2 tortillas(because they stuck together), a smiggen of refried beans.  Bedtime Snack: Kashi GoLean cereal with soy milk.  Got in about 75 oz of liquids, including coffee, sf hot cocoa and morning spark/purell drink Totals: Calories: 1861 Fat: 60 Carbs: 218 Protein: 126 Yikes.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Wow and you were worried you wouldnt be able to eat enough..lol.. nice protein.. just keep eating and watch the scale.. you will find the number you need.
