Today has been a very busy day PT, Dr appointments ... Ate Healthy drank lots of fluids I have walked 2 different times today its so pretty here ..... Going to a support group tomorrow looking forward to that ...

I am having an AWESOME day today!!! Eatting good, saying NO to the bad temptations that have come my way today. LOL School went very well today. Had lunch at some new friends house. Home now with the kids and going to have a fun evening. Have a GREAT weekend
