Hello Losers!!! I'm so glad its Friday!!! I don't have any major plans for the weekend, just hoping to be able to relax and do a lot of nothing (well, except cleaning the house, doing laundry, taking care of the kids, cooking, doing homework, etc.. ) LOL
I've had a very stress filled week, and it's NOT going to carry over into next week, I wont let it, I wont I wont!!! After all I AM THE CAPTAIN!!!
Weighed in this morning at 132 - still hanging on to two pounds from my not so good eatting earlier this week. I think I'll start taking the kids on a job around our apartment complex to help get them gone!!!

126 today, down three pounds this week. Still with leg swelling, but from what I don't know.
ate about 1350 cal yesterday and exercised 450 off. That is good. Got in alot of protein.
I am still at goal, but mine is to be down to 124 and would love to be more at 122.
