Well my 4 day weekend is over... and now I must go back to work. I have a crazy busy week for the 3 days I am there.. hope you all are having a great week and sailing smoothly on that wild and crazy sea.

Here was my day.. little low but oh well.. seems to be a theme lately for me..


breakfast

my ship was on course yesterday until out of no where some sea creature reached up and flipped it right over. It finally righted itself and I'm trying to shake the water out of my ears.  TOL (trying to laugh) I honestly don't remember what I ate last night, probably dont want to. I did make home made pizza for our family dinner (which the kids and I ate alone) was good. I got the crust good and thin for me on one side and thick on the other for the kids.  Today is a NEW day!!!! A bright beginning!!!!

It's just like a man to come home with no clue that they did something wrong. I am so glad to hear he is safe and sound. Now give him a hard time for a while to let him know just how much trouble he is in. Today is a new day. You will get that ship upright and sailing again.

Had a good day I see. you got in good protein and it looks like you didnt have to paint..lol.. how is the job hunting going.. it takes time but they will get back to you. They are never in as big of hurry to hire as the person looking for the job.

 Good Day Everyone, Well, my ship was swerving a little yesterday...It didn't get totally lost at sea, but definately was listing a little to the left by late afternoon ...Got to stop myself from being side tracked, a little munchie attack took hold while I was cooking dinner and I steered left into the sugar bowl when I really shouldn't have, wish I could control these things better, I swore to myself when I lost all this weight that it was NEVER going to find me again, yet I have gained 6 lbs off my norm of 125 and I am feeling a little uncomfortable with myself...Its not that I think the 6 lbs will kill me, I'm 2.5 years out and know from reading other posts that a little bounce back is normal...It's just that I definately don't want to bounce back any higher and still want to get back to the 125, its just a number, but it's MY number and it is one of the things I CAN control, by just saying NO to making poor choices and getting regular exercise... Good morning Alesia,

yes we have control of our ships and where we sail. It is up to us to keep them on course and tow the line so we dont get to far astray. You had a good day and I know with you taking the helm of you ship again, smooth sailing is in your future.

Keep it up, know you limits and set a course for 125. You can do it.

Busy long weekend...moving furniture around...actually  emptied one whole room and made a home gym!  ICan't believe I ate so well this weekend, usually when I am home I don't do as well but did ok... B: Protein Shake S: 1/2 cup cottage cheese L: Salad w/tuna and veggies / 1/2 serving of sun chips S; 2 stalks of celery w/cashew peanut butter / 1 ff/sf jello pudding cup D: chicken breast / 1/2 cup brown rice LNS: 4 triscuits / 2 slices of cheese Cal: 1255       Carbs: 99 (look Carla under 100!!)  Fat: 38    Protein: 121 Worked out with trainer in the am but did not drink enough!!! nice job. I love the protein the best.. and look at the fat.. wow.. great day all around.. you are rocking that boat now.. I am sure all that moving burned a few calories as well.. Now you can work out at home too.. sweet.
